Who would make a great Cub Scout Leader?

Cub Scout leaders are:

Pack 226 relies on volunteers to fill all of the leadership positions, and we recognize that scouting is too big for anyone to do it alone. Our Pack and Scouts BSA provides an excellent, yet lightweight training program that will provide everything you need to be a success, including a network of other leaders who are ready to help.

To adults who are not currently Scout volunteers, we invite you to become a volunteer and share in the positive experiences of the Scouting program. All adult leaders are first required to take Youth Protection Training.  When that is completed, training for each position in Cub Scouting is available on-line.

The Boy Scouts of America remains the foremost youth program of character development and values-based leadership training in America. Nearly 1.2 million adults provide leadership and mentoring to Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturers.
